Since 2002, Tim Zuiderman has been a lawyer and since 2011 he is a partner at Onno F. Blom Advocaten, one of the merging partners of our firm. He assists clients to solve problems regarding pensions law. In case of disputes, Tim is looking for the common interests of the parties involved to come to a solid and lasting solution. After all the goal is to end the problem. If this approach appears to be unsuccessful, Tim knows what to do then, being a specialist in litigating in pension cases.
Amongst others, Tim assists employers, pension providers and participation councils. He has a broad experience in advising and litigating over subjects related to industry wide pension funds. Tim also provides strategic advice to pension providers on their legal position (legal risk management).
Tim is very practical and to the point. He provides his clients appropriate and personal advice so that they know how to move forward.

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in
each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the
Netherlands Bar.
