After graduating from Law School in 1977, Bas Cammelbeeck became a member of the Bar and joined a predecessor of the Rotterdam law firm of Nauta Dutilh. For years, he practised law in the litigation and M&A departments, providing services to large (multinational) companies and financial institutions.
In 1998, he started specializing in pension law and joined the pension law department. Combining his newly acquired knowledge of pension law and his practical experience, he became a successful and respected pension litigator.
For years he supervised the professional education of dozens of young lawyers joining the firm, teaching them the necessary litigation skills.
In 2016, he joined Onno F. Blom Advocaten, one of the predecessors and merging partners of Blom Veugelers Zuiderman Advocaten.
